What the buyer needs to know
A Pantone reference is a colour-development input, not the final approval by itself. Supply the Pantone code together with the fabric construction, pile, width, weight, application and order quantity. The target is then reviewed through a physical sample because pile direction, lighting and surface texture can change visual colour. Bulk supply should follow the approved physical reference.

Use Pantone to define direction, not to replace a sample
Pantone gives the buyer and supplier a common reference code. It is most useful when it is attached to a specific construction rather than sent as an isolated colour request.
A plush surface is directional and textured. Screens, photography and viewing light can change its appearance, so the final colour and hand feel remain subject to physical sample approval.
Build the colour brief around the material
Include the Pantone reference, fabric family, target pile height, width, weight and intended use. If an existing fabric must be matched, send the physical reference and identify which characteristics are critical.

Keep the approval route traceable
First define the requirement and agree what can change. Then review the developed physical sample under an appropriate viewing condition and record the approved reference.
If a revision is needed, describe the observed difference rather than replacing the original brief with a new adjective. The approved physical sample becomes the practical reference for subsequent commercial confirmation.

Confirm commercial feasibility before development starts
Bingyu reviews Pantone development under the made-to-order route. The published custom MOQ is 10 rolls for the confirmed construction and colour. A sample fee applies and courier freight is paid by the buyer.
The current development reference is 15–20 days until goods reach Dongguan fulfilment before dispatch. It is not an international delivery promise; final timing is confirmed in the written quotation.
